We regret to announce that we have had a medical emergency within our family unit. As a result, there may be some slight delays with delivery and response times. We will endeavor to achieve any scheduled delivery dates we have advertised but if we may ask for your understanding at this time, it would be greatly appreciated.

In order to ensure your furbabies needs are not impacted, may we please ask that you place your orders a little earlier than normal to ensure that we have time to provide delivery. At this moment we have very limited information and we hope that we can understand the full implications over the following days. We will continue to update you as we receive any additional information. We will be continuing our operations and do not have any closures planned at this stage.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via our email. We will endeavor to reply as quickly as possible.

We apologize in advance for any inconveniences that this may cause and we will be doing our utmost best to minimize any disruptions to you.
